TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PRIVATE TRIPS

DEPOSIT
A deposit is required for Country Holidays to proceed with the booking. Upon confirmation of your tour, this deposit is non-refundable.

If the itinerary cannot be confirmed as proposed, an alternative plan may be worked out. The client can then decide if the alternative is acceptable. Once the alternative plan is agreed, the deposit is again not refundable.

FINAL PAYMENT
Once the trip is confirmed, an invoice will be sent stating the final payment due date. It is the responsibility of the client to make sure that Country Holidays receive the payment by the due date, failure of which may render the forfeiture of the deposits.

CANCELLATION CHARGES & REFUNDS
Any cancellation of bookings is to be made in writing. The following cancellation charges shall apply

More than 30 Days : Forfeiture of Deposits
15 to 30 Days : 50 % of tour costs
7 to 15 Days : 75 % of tour costs
Less than 7 Days : 100% of tour costs

All refund will be expedited but may take from 3 to 6 months to be processed according to some airlines & overseas administrative procedures.

After the tour has started, no refund will be made for any services unutilized.

TOUR PRICE
Country Holidays tries its utmost to keep to the package price, however, sometimes increase may be outside its control.

PASSPORT & VISA
It is the responsibility of the tour member to make sure that he/she has the relevant travel documents - valid passport, visas, work permits, health certificate etc.

RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITIES
Country Holidays and it's associated agents assume no responsibility for injury, illness, damage, accident, loss, delay, death or irregularities that may be caused to person or properties. Clients are to understand all inherent risks of overseas travel, trekking and touring.

Country Holidays are to be released from all liabilities deriving from acts of terrorism, hijacking, civil unrest, natural calamities, labor strikes, thefts or any other factors beyond the company's control.

Country Holidays reserves the right to alter or modify itineraries in anyway for the interests of tour members or due to any other uncontrollable circumstances such as weather or other local conditions.

In the event of cancellation due to uncontrollable circumstances (such as weather, transport strike, political unrest, war etc), the clients shall bear any cost incurred during the processing of the tour.
